Well I'm also trying to start over.....again

I have been away for awhile, gained my weight back & hurt my knee so that I can't do my treadmill any linger. I have been so bummed out about really doing good, now I have to get my head into starting back at square one. :mad:

    I am new to posting and saw your comment about doing it again. My family has been doing a "biggest loser" competition. We got together on Saturday for our interim party. We all put in $100 into our competition for 6 months. Winner takes all who looses the higher percentage weight loss. We are 3 months into it and I have not done anything. Collectively the group though which is about 10 people have lost 155 pounds. I am now inspired by them to get into it. Help me out by connecting with me to keep me motivated.

    Feel free to add me if you like (anyone). I log on daily and try to keep my friends on here motivated. I have been on this new lifestyle change since October last year and have lost just over 25 lbs. A change in what I eat (switching out not so healthy foods for healthy foods, portion control, cutting out a lot of processed foods and eating lean meats), plus more activity has helped me.
