I'm showing off my beer bloated body. Ha. And no, I'm not posting this thinking I have some killer physique.

Anyways, any other guys notice that the oblique fat is the hardest to get rid of? I don't mind a lack of ab definition, but having definition while still have oblique fat gives me that lovely hourglass figure.

    1)yes, it's very hard to get rid of the love handles
    2)Don't let it get any worse as you get older
