One of those things you do for fun and gives you a workout!
Mine - playing with a weighted hula hoop (it makes me sweat, it's fun, and I can even watch a bit of TV while I do it in my living room)

Hiking when it's nice. During the school year I do a mommy and me ballet class with my 3 yearold on Saturdays. It's very fun but varies in the amount of exercise for me, from particpating in all the dances to being told by my daugter that I have to watch from the corner to carrying her for all of the dances doing things like jumping and galloping carrying a 34 lb wiggling weight.0

Running outdoors on a nice day! There is a trail that runs alongside the river by my house. After my run, I can even sit on the sandy beach and take a swim to cool off.0

I know its antiquated, but kata/sets. I think it takes alot of control, muscle endurance, brain power, etc, to remember, and execute the series of movements that define a particular style.
My current all-time favorites: Heian/Pinan Godan and Nijushiho.0 -
running makes me feel joy and happiness. at my gym they call me the smiling running girl. apparently i smile while i run.0
