Hello

Hello All,

Just stopping by to say hello and wish everyone GREAT Success! I went into the grocery store today to buy something for lunch. ( I work 3-11 pm shift) and I found myself looking at calories, carbs, etc. Felt almost luxurious to be mindful of what's going into my mouth.:) Any advice is WELCOME!

  • I feel ya! I've been trying to buy veggies and fruit, avoiding the aisles... but I am buying whole wheat tortilla s.

    You should look up paleolithic diet. It's not necessarily a diet, but a way of living and it's basically just eating clean, no processed foods. Protein, raw fruit, and veggies. It really does change the way you look and feel! Good luck on your journey ! We are all here to support each other. =D
