My goals for the week of 7/4-7/11
1. Exercise at least an hour for 6 days (with two hours outside)
2. Finally get below 220lbs.
3. Drink a gallon of water a day.
4. Read a good book.
5. Organize my closet!

I have 2 goals for the next couple of weeks.
* To get below 15st (ie 14st 13lb, 209lb)
* To weigh less than my dad!! He curently weighs 14st 11lb (207lb) but is on holiday this week and will probably put on weight. Hoping I can lose enough this week to overtake him!!
I am currently 15st 3lb (213lb) so this might be ambitious but I will give it a go.:happy:0 -
This is my first week. My goal is to track everything I eat and work out at least three times this week.0

To get my butt back to the gym! I've been lazy lately. Need to go a minimum of 3 times this week (I used to go 6 times a week).
Stay under 2300 mg of sodium every day.
Get at least 5 servings of produce daily.0 -
My goals for the week:
* no cheat day and staying under my cals
* losing 2lbs to weigh finally less than my mother
* writing at least 3 nice, long letters to my man oversea (I have been very lazy with that lately and I know he loves my letters much more than phone calls or anything else)

1) Buy some running shoes, so I can brave the streets
2) Walk to and from work three times (thats a total of 60mins a day)
3) Do my dissertation research for uni
4) Make sure that I'm drinking 2 litres of water a day

My goals for this week
1. Plenty of water
2. 30 Day Shred everyday!
3. Aim to get below 170 by friday! I'm currenty at 170.2 and can't wait to see those 160's! Yay! :flowerforyou:
4. Start some research for my dissertation! :sad:0 -
Run 3 miles every night.
Drink the recomended amount of water.
Hit the 150's even if it is only by a couple ounces0 -
My goals this week is to:
1. Drink Plenty H20
2. Go to the gym at least 4x this week
3. Do 30 day shred everyday starting tomm
4.Be in the 150's again once and for all next Monday when I weigh
5. Track my food and exercise everyday regardless if it's not good!!0 -
1. Spend more time playing instead of eating today.
2. Walk a minimum of 40 minutes at least four days this week.
3. Do kettlebell workout on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
4. Weigh less at the end of the week than I do today. (I haven't had a loss in 2 weeks.)0 -
My Goals:
1. Workout 6 days
2. Eat within 100 of my total calories (including exercise calories) every day.
3. Get the majority of my packing done to move.
4. Follow my workout schedule.
5. Eat 3 cups of vegetables every day.
6. Stay below 2300 mg of sodium every day (2000 if possible).
7. Work 12 additional hours to make up for some time off.
