Ok, well it took me nearly a month after an injury that took only 2 weeks to heal to get back with it, but I am back! I am actually going to get back on the wagon and push myself more than before. Track every single thing, and amp up my excercise. I have not gained weight but I am ready to lose my last 15 or so!

As a jump start I ran 6 miles out by the Truckee river yesterday!!

I just need to get out to the grocery store after the craziness of 4th of July weekend in a tourist town subsides.

Just thought I would share, and good luck to any fellow re-starters there!

Glad you are back on the wagon! It is a great time to be getting healthy since there are so many activities to do out in the summer weather!

Good for you!!! I, too, am getting "back on the wagon." After losing 20lbs...I put them all but two pounds back on. I did it once...I can do it again!!!

I have 50lbs to lose so I my first goal is 10lbs by the end of July. I can do it!!!

    Thanks for your encouragement.

    Happy July 4th!!!!!
