Putting weight back on:(

Ok, I've had a bad last couple of days, but I think my over self indulging was triggered by the fact the I had put on 500grams after not indulging... This morning I have put on another 500grams and now am feeling rather scared that all I have worked for is just going to go out the window as my weight returns to where it started.
This week I plan to go hard out again...my mission is to drink at least 2L of water a day and drink a cup of green tea... Also exercise everyday!!!
Anyone got any other small changes I can implement to help put me back on track??

Just remember that a slip up doesn't mean that you're totally derailed from your plan. Recognize your mistake, learn from it and move on. Don't beat yourself up, stay positive and you'll see the scale move in the right direction again.

Watch your sodium. It makes you retain water and holding onto 500 g (1.1 lb) of water weight is nothing. I ate like garbage for 3 days at the beginning of the week and this is what my weight looked like daily:
Sun: 226
Mon: 225.8 (-0.2)
Tues: 226 (+0.2)
Wed: 228 (+2.0)
Thur: 229.3 (+1.3)
Fri: 227.1 (-2.1)
Sat: 226.4 (-0.7)
Sun: 224 (-2.4)
I had days that I gained 1000 g! By the end of the week I was still down 2 lbs. If weighing in this often is worrying you to the point of giving up and eating more then start weighing yourself less often.
On the days that you go over 2300 mg of sodium drink more than 2L of water to help flush it out. Potassium helps with that too so hopefully you like bananas.0 -

Unfortunately bananas are my most loathed foods. The thought of them make me sick! I have been having fibre supplements as I've heard that they can help flush all the bad crap outta you

500grams is just over 1lb, weight does fluctuate daily that is why it is best not to continuously weigh yourself everyday, because if the fluctuation is on an upward trend, the result can be despondency which you have just discovered.
Just stick to your eating plan, record everything and do your exercise, if you use up more calories than you consume, eventually you have to lose weight. Set aside one day per week which will be your weights and measuring day.0 -

If you are taking a fiver supplement I would suggest you use a Flax based fiber, It was properly remove toxin and salt from your body. Stuff like benafiber and Metamucil have a binding effect so they make you feel fuller, not really cleaning you out. Think of Flax based fibers as kind of a chimney sweep for your bowels0
