Seems to make a difference for me. In fact since exercising regularly and eating better I've noticed fewer cravings and less discomfort every month. Even if I hurt, I workout, and don't even notice it during the exercise. I only took Advil once last month, and haven't had to use my heating pad in a long time.

    It always works for me!
Or maybe the pain of working out makes my brain forget about the cramps.

for me - at first, it hurts...but then once i start to break a sweat my cramps go away....then they come back. Either way - they don't stop me.

Yes. It helps. If your cramps are really bad, do something low intensity. Slow walking is better than nothing.

I agree it helps, but in my case they come back after anyways. I used to take the week off to rest because I could justify it but I can't anymore :/

for me, walking makes it better but swimming makes me feel like I'm about to die!

If cramps are already in full force, working out only makes them worse for me.
If I have taken enough ibuprofen and feel somewhat fine, I can workout but not as hard as I usually do.
TOM leads to about a 5 pound water gain on the scale for a week too! grrrr

hmm interesting, it seems like everybody is different! for me it doesn't seem to help or make them worse, they still keep on coming.
