    I squeezed in a quick walk/jog before going to take prom photos for my daughter's friend yesterday. I should have tracked the walking from playing photographer :bigsmile:

  • I can not seem to get the ticker on here. I to will folow the example of others.

    April 1st through the 6th...... 5.7 miles
    April 7th................................4.9 miles

    Total ...................................10.6 miles 39.4 to go!

    I will post every Sunday as I do not have time to get on here every day. Peace

    I've been counting my elliptical miles too. Not entirely sure if that's cheating, but it takes roughly the same amount of time and seems to burn the same calories, and it's not realistic yet for me to be running every day just because it causes a lot of pain in my feet and knees over time. But, the majority of these miles are still frrom running, and I'm getting faster every time!

    Guess I will start this to arrow. Missed 7 days but will give it a try..I need some motivation. I have gained back about 15 of the 80 pounds I have lost...ugh.

    Took my teenage daughter, who's a rowing athlete but doesn't have much experience running, on a short mile jog yesterday. She loved it and asked to do it again today!
