    What kind of exercise did you do to get started? I need something that will give me results otherwise I get frustrated and tend to stop :/

    I love all the success stories! I have also been looking for more motivation and hopes that I can do this. I started a week ago and lost 4lbs its a start! I need to post a full body pic of me before and i plan every once a month to update with new pics!
