So, I've been having some issues being motivated and staying positive... like you do. I'm sure you guys understand. I'm going to try making weekly goals instead of monthly goals since I've been having trouble hitting them. I'm hoping the short term goals make it a bit easier to stick to it. I just want to throw my new goals out into the wind, perhaps to give me more motivation to hit them. They're not hard. I just have to stop being lazy and put my mind to it.
-No eating out this week, period.
-Track everything that goes into my mouth.
-Lose one pound this week.
-Go to the gym 3x this week or for at least 3 hours total.
-Clean up for 30 minutes a day.
-Do one load of laundry a day, start from finish. (That means putting it away as well.)
-Meditate for 5 minutes a day. (A little goes a long way.)
-Have "fun time" with my husband at least twice this week.
-Try one new, healthy, recipe. (I'm thinking baked banana chips but I'm not sure yet. Haven't decided.)
-Read for at least 30 minutes a day. (Right now I'm reading 'The girl who played with fire.' I know, I'm a bit late to the party.)
-No sweet tea, period. (I don't drink sodas, this is my weekness....)
-One 'fasting' day. (My version of fasting. That means bare minimum calories, no more than 1200 calories. Lots of fruit and veggies in that day. This is something new that I just wanted to try for a couple weeks. I'm not sure if it'll stay a part of my weekly goals are not. I'll review my goals at the end of this week.)
-Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
-Take all my vitamins daily.
What about you? What are your goals for the week? Do you think these are realistic? Too much or too little?

I didn't even think to take my vitamins yesterday until right before bed - so I skipped them for the day. Do you know if taking vitamins before sleeping is a good/bad idea?
