How do you record your HIIT training in the Exercise Log? Thanks in advance for the help!!!

    I log the calories burned according to my heart rate monitor. Do you have anything like that?

    If everything is very intense cardio, I usually use circuit training. if there's some strength type moves, I might use calesthenics. If it's intervals on the treadmill or running or on the bike or whatever, I add each interval for each speed to get totals and enter them individually.

    I use the treadmill and I do see how many calories are burned. I always wonder how accurate that number is... I'll have to pay attention next time it's my cardio day. Thanks!
