Any advice of what I can do to boost my metabolism? Help :)

  • Lift weights... building your lean muscle mass will boost your metabolism. There's no magic pill or powder i'm afriad
  • Exercise to increase the Matabolisim.

    Have Green Tea. This is really good

    Black coffee in the Morning or before exercise is good

    Grapefruit in the Morning.

    But something that'll raise your metabolism is lifting weights.
