My sister suggested this site as it was helpful to her when she started off on her fitness journey. So im gonna give it a try. I have always obsessed over my weight but have never had the trouble taking it off before as i do now. Im a bit older now and a lot less active. I do enjoy walking and riding my bike but would like to add an exercise routine. I did try a Jillian Michaels dvd an became discouraged quickly thinking it a little advanced for a beginner. If anybody has any experience they can share that worked for them it would be appreciated.

Welcome!
At the risk of seeming old-school and uncool, I will recommend a DVD called "Gilad's Bodies in Motion: Beginner's Weight Loss & Toning Program." It's easy to follow and it will kick your butt (and your thighs, abs and arms).
Don't stop walking and biking though. Those are great exercises.
Good luck to you!0 -
Thank you. Can i add you as a friend?0
