Would like to take off the 10-15 lbs I've had with me since my second child was born. He's now 4, and I can't wear belts or normal t-shirts b/c I am embarassed about my middle.

How can I stick with limited calories day after day? I am great about exercise b/c it makes me feel good. I have to figure out the eating part. I am a healthy eater, but simply eat too much.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Just take it one step at a time. Maybe by just started with logging one meal a day for a few days. Then when you get comfortable with that you could go to logging 2 meals a day. This is going to be a process. You are not going to be able to do and know all in just a few days or even weeks.
  • Do u measure everything u eat? I learned that w/ weight watchers: You bite it, You write it! It is helping here too...:flowerforyou:
  • skinnytaste.com is a great site i use for all my recipes.. check it out. you should be eating 5 times a day..and 8 glasses of water. water fills you up so you don't eat all day. EAT CLEAN & EAT LOTS OF COLOR! ;)
