    I eat 2,100 calories a day and try to stay within 40% Carbohydrates, 30% Protein, and 30% Fats. I also do my best to make sure the food I eat is as clean as possible (almost no processed foods - still working on that).

    Did you use the supplements, though? I'm doing this supplement free and I don't now how much of a difference that'll make the outcome :S

    Did you use the supplements, though? I'm doing this supplement free and I don't now how much of a difference that'll make the outcome :S

    I did almost 30 days before I was encouraged by a friend to try a protein powder supplement. I was skeptical about using supplements. But I went to Walmart and bought the cheapest protein mix I could find. I think it was $13. I still have that bottle. But once I started taking it after my workouts I noticed that I wasn't nearly as fatigued and sore. If you're willing to give it a shot, I highly recommend a protein supplement to take right after you work out.

    I don't know if taking the supplement has helped my transformation physically on the outside, but I feel way better after my workouts with it.

    WOW Great job! you look great! You can already tell that by the end of the program you will have amazing results because you it's already in progress! Good luck!

    Awesome progress. I started P90X lean a little over a month ago and am starting to see some results. I didn't really notice much at first, but when I took a closer look at the pictures things are definitely happening. P90X take a lot of time and commitment... hopefully I can keep pushing myself and making the time.
