I have been on MFP since December. I began weighing 141 lbs I am 5'8". At 1480 cal per day I got my weight down to 136. After Christmas, my weight went back up to 140 and I haven't been able to loose again. At the end of February I brought I my daily calorie consumption down to 1280. After no success with lower calories I used a few different BMR calculators to see how much I should really be eating. My BMR is around 2,300 and I am now eating 1,800. I exercise daily, but never include it in my dairy and don't eat those calories back. Now I weight around 145! Any ideas about what's going on?

What are you eating is the first question that comes to mind. Your carb intake may be too high or not enough depending on what you are consuming. Not really knowing much about you, I don't know if blood sugar is an issue or not, and that can effect weight loss or gain. What about your workouts? Is there a lot of cardio and little weight training?

I try to not eat very many breads, but today on lunch alone I have eaten about 150 g of carbs. I don't think I have a blood sugar issue. I play volleyball which is where I get alot of my exercise, but I do weights on Monday and Wednesdays.

Is your BMR 2300 or is that your TDEE...I think you may be confusing the two.

My BMR, my TDEE is 1,800 and my BMR without adding the Harris Benedict Equation is 1,500. I think I was confused also

I can only suggest you change the carb source by getting breads out of your diet. Same with pasta and heavy starch items like potatos. I'm not suggesting you go "no carb" because you have to have some carbs for proper diet. Give it a try and see what happens.
