Your Top 3 Motivators

I'm a big believer that getting fit has to be a main priority in your life or it's not going to happen because too many other things can get in the way. I've written down my top 3 priorities so I can go back to that list when I don't feel like exercising or want to indulge in high calories. Here they are:
1) Both parents died of heart attacks in their mid-50s, and my brother had major, disabling stoke in his mid-50s. I'm approaching 50, so I need to take care of my body.
2) I work at home and am sedentary and stressed, so I need to get away from my computer and relieve the stress via something healthy like exercise. That should help my overall productivity.
3) I have good self-esteem no matter what size I am, but I feel better physically when I eat healthy foods, don't overeat, and am not carrying as much weight. I like to be active and want as much stamina and energy as possible as I age.
So there you have it, I remind myself of those things each day. Anyone else have a motivation list that keeps you on track by reminding you exactly why you're changing your lifestyle?

Let's see, motivations. No particular order.
1: I'm a shop-o-holic, and have a large collection of shoes. Unfortunately, most of them I can't walk in very well. I really feel the issue is my weight putting a lot of pressure on my feet, while in heels. So I do want to be able to rock my shoe collection.
2: Seeing my mom. She's just a bit bigger than me, and has a lot of mobility problems. I can see myself heading the same direction, so I want to change that.
3: My self esteem is pretty bad. Been battling agoraphobia, anxiety, depression... I want to improve my life. I want to be able to go out, get a job, get a place of my own, all those things. One step at a time, as they say.0 -
1. I want to feel good about myself, fit into my clothes, take better care of myself....make health and fitness a priority (not me on the bottom of the never ending to do list)
2. Have more energy to keep up with the demands of my life
3. Have a stress release from working out vs. eating chocolate in front of the TV stressed out0 -
1. Want to be a good example to my kids...and keep up with them.
2. I like how my body and mind feels when I eat healthy and exercise regularly.
3. Don't want to jiggle when I walk anymore.0 -
1 I don't want to be obese like my dad was and die before I am fifty
2 I don't want to be in pain like I was before with all my extra weight
3 I want to look and feel good0
