Anyone living in Hong Kong?

Hi - my name's Sue. I'm originally from the UK but am currently living and working in Hong Kong. The fast-paced lifestyle makes if very difficult to watch what I'm eating. There aren't ovens in kitchens over here (although you can buy a table top oven) and only two hobs. Most people eat out for their main meal, or take something home from the many takeaways en route.

This means that I've usually no idea of the nutritional value of the meals I eat. I also have a midday meal provided by the school I teach at and have no clue what's in that most of the time.

Most of the local population are very slim indeed - no idea how they manage that, but I suspect it's either down to genetics or the fact that they are (generally) not big drinkers.

Anyway....I'd love to hear from anyone else living out here.

Bye for now!

Hi Sue, I'm also here in HK and see where you are coming from! I find it very expensive as well to be eating things like greek yoghurt everyday and lots of meat! What plan/exercise are you following?
