MFP Newbie Introduction

Hi Folks,

This is my 2nd week on MFP. I was on a few years back but I wasn't serious about loosing weight. This time, I am! I have two friends on MFP and I see the change in their weight and fitness level. With their encouragement I started up again. It does help to have friends on this journey!

I am looking for a few more friends so please add me if you like. I'll update my profile so you can become better acquainted with me.
