Beginners Tip?

I never know what to do at the gym or at home and get bored easily..

Anyone have any tips? I enjoy working out at home - I do have Just Dance and Wii Fit. My fitness level would be a beginner and I have asthma so its hard to do intense cardio.

But if you have any tips let me know!

Thanksssss!

If you're getting bored maybe you should try to change between lots of different things for your workouts.
I get bored easily too so I'll do a DVD one day, then go for a long walk the next, then do a different DVD or workout routine the next day so that I don't get too bored.

I use 30 Day Shred DVD, Biggest Loser DVD, workouts from womens health http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness , gain fitness http://gainfitness.com/strength# and sometimes I'll do workouts I see on pintrest if it looks like they are suited to my fitness level. I think gain fitness would be good for you because you can choose you fitness level and the workout intensity that you want :)

Be careful to take care of your asthma, if you have a preventative inhaler remember to use it before exercise. You don't need to try to keep up with an intense level of cardio at first, take breaks when you need them but keep going with the workout if you can.

    Good luck!
