Low(er) sodium lunches

After being more diligent with my food logging, I am sort of horrified at how much sodium I am eating. No doubt this is contributing to my non-weight loss. So now I'm looking for some lower-sodium choices for lunch. I eat lunch at home, so I can cook something, but clearly canned soup and sandwiches aren't cutting it. I was thinking of making some sort of pasta salad...any other ideas? THANKS!

Salad is always a great choice. I like this one:
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup almond slices
1/4 cup pomagranite seeds ( whatever they are called)
1/2 apple chopped
Dressing:
3 tablespoons raspberry vingar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil0 -
I would avoid premade dressing they are stuffed with sodium0
