    I don't use the food diary much cause I hate logging what I eat and I eat very healthy (although I always need to watch my portions).
    But I love the forums here especially the success stories- they are SO motivating.

    Sorry, www.3fatchicks.com. It is another diet support forum. Are you just using MFP to eat better or are you following some diet protocol? I started Ideal Protein Jan 21st and it has done wonders for me! PS I'm not advertising for it ;-)

    Well, I'm not really following a diet per se. I did Weight Watchers a couple of times over the last 3 years, and had some success, but my movivation wanes. My weight is back up again, 10 lbs + when I started WW the first time, and I've now joined a gym through our corporate contract at work. I am LOVING the gym, I feel so great, but the scale is not moving at all (6 weeks in) and so now I'm just going to be more mindful of what I'm eating by tracking. Not really counting, but just having a baseline to know if I'm way off or when I need to cut back.
