I can't seem to find any accurate calorie count for these. It's annoying me
How do I know if my banana is medium or large?
How do you log them? I looked everywhere but can't find a specific answer.

I go by grams and use a food scale...it is the most accurate way to do it.0

you need to know how long the banana is to be able to figure medium or large etc.0

Use that and set up an equation using your own banana's weight to solve for the calories in your banana.0 -
That's awesome, thanks!0

Food scale. Go by grams.0

Yeah I used my scale. The problem is none of those entries say if it's with peel or not... so I didn't want to guess.0
