Sonja from the south here! I have to say this site is the best thing ever! Very eye opening, a big wake up call. I will be 50 this year and I am fighting that middle age weight issue. Anyway, glad to meet all ya'll (we say that in the south, means you all.) Hope you all have a great and successful day!
