That is the name of my boyfriends new training plan that he got off of bodybuilding.com I also was going to start one off of there today (Jaime Easons plan). However my boyfriend convinced me to try out his plan for the week. I'm not sure if it's the best idea, but I don't see anything really wrong with it. Is there anything wrong with it?

gaining lean muscle will require a strong eating diet(surplus of calories) , a professional eating plan would be the way to go.0
