I'm Newbie , ..I 'have lost the motivation in losing weight ..looking at my pictures make me want to cry.. my lost in self confidence is gone. I promise myself never to go back in gaining weight but I did ..I'm a big loser. .food is my friend..The death of close family's and not finishing school this year has taken a big toll on my life.. .. I hope this website help me in a big way....

Today's a new day. Eat less and make better choices. Exercise more and don't let anybody tell you that you can't do it.0

In the past I had self confidence..And I eat less I just don't known what happen all ..And I do have peony's in my life that will make me feel low in the past maybe because I'm too nice of a person .... You're don't let others control my life.

You can do it
Getting motivation is the first step. I got my motivation by realising I wasn't going out with friends because of how I looked, and then realised that that's seriously wrong.
Get your motivation from the bad things that happen, like your lost loved ones and not finishing school, and say that you CAN do something about it, and you WILL.

You can do this. Your self confidence can come from many places - not just what you weigh. Please make a list of things you like about yourself - there are wonderful things about you. Losing weight will build on that confidence. Welcome to the site.0
