cayenne pepper
coconut oil
unsweetened almond milk
avocado
lemons
I have lemon in my water and to season my meat and salads, coconut oil is what I cook with (but I'll eat that stuff by the spoonful). Cayenne goes on everything. Almond milk is just awesome and super versatile, and avocado, whenever their ripe and available, i just freaking love them. I mash them and use them as salad dressings, spread em like butter or just peel and eat.0 -
