I need help!

OI have no motivation at all. I'll exercise for one day and take a 2 or 3 week break, sometimes longer:blushing: I have two kids and and the youngest was born almost 6 months ago. Enough's enough, I complain about how I look constantly but do nothing about it. My chocolate addiction also doesn't help. I don't eat healthy at all. I'm kind of picky. I just feel so defeated. Any kind of advice to get me motivated would be nice. I just need help :ohwell:

Try taking B-12 vitamin.
Also, for your chocolate addiction, try the chocolate flavored animal crackers/graham crackers. It helped me a lot.0 -
If you're not allergic to nuts, try Almond Breeze chocolate milk. Awesome for the chococlate cravings, not as many calories.
I second the other poster about B12. I get injections every couple of weeks, and I can definitely feel it when I'm overdo. Eggs are a great source of B12, as long as you eat the yolk.0 -
i'll give the b-12 a try, thanks!0
