Smart Ones

Okay guys I have been on a diet of no bread, eating veggies and sticking to my calories for 10 days and I've lost 6.2 lbs. I am an every day weigher (I know I know...save it!) and I've noticed the ONLY time my weight fluctuates is when I eat frozen meals. So I am trying to stop because I'm thinking it's either the processed foods thing or the sodium thing (even though I do not go over my sodium on those days)....has anyone noticed this other than me? I guess I will just start making home cooked meals even though I am not a cook.

I have also often noticed that when I stop eating frozen lunches I can lose up to 5lbs. They're just not really good for you. :-( Unfortunately, it wasn't the frozen junk that did it this time--I haven't really been eating them. It was just EVERYTHING ELSE that I was eating. LOL Back on track now, so no more Smart Ones/Lean Cuisines for me! :-)0
