These brownies are super yummy! My Dad even likes them and that says something! (Considering he is known as the baking king in my family!)

I put a 1/2 Tbs of peanut butter on top of mine and it is so good! Here is the recipe

1 Cup quick oats
1/2 cup all- purpose flour
1 egg white
3 tbs egg beaters (or any brand of liquid eggs)
1/2 cup unsweeted cocoa powder ( I used Herseys)
1/2 cup unsweeted apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I used 0%)
1/2 tsp Cream of TarTar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup splenda

Mix all of the ingredients together really well then put the batter in a sprayed baking pan! Put in the oven for about 16 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean) on 350!

It made 16 brownies!

Enjoy guys!

Here is a picture of mine. I made them last night so the pictures dark,

these look great, I think I will try them but will probably bump up the protein with some protein powder. Pan size? and how long did you bake them? not sure I saw that info.

I have a brownie pan that has individual squares. I just used that! My brownie pan only had 12 squares so with the extra batter I put it in a muffin tin! If you don't mind round brownies, I would just put it all in a muffin tin if you don't have a brownie one!

I used a individual square brownie tin, if you do not have one of those I would go with a muffin tin if you don't mind round brownies! And you bake them for 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!

That actually looks/sounds good. And BONUS: they don't have 3 bananas in the recipe!
