What cereal do you eat?

Irish Oatmeal when I'm running late (keep it at work), sometimes I'll splurge (once/week if that) on Eggo Nutrigrain Whole Wheat waffles with a pinch of butter and Lite Syrup or I'll have some regular Cheerios with fat-free milk.
Usually, it's two pieces of whole grain whole wheat toast with smart light omega 3 butter.0 -
Beware of the Chocolate Cheerios--check those nutrition facts. I believe the serving size is only 3/4 cup with an outrageous 9g of sugar...might as well eat some Cocoa Puffs!0

Kashi brands are my fav, the ones with the highest fiber and the lowest sugars.
Kashi flakes I sometimes mix with the Sunshine or the Almond flax. I've started mixing them for a flavor alternative and a variety on the crunch factor!0 -

Special K Cinnamon Pecan tastes YUMMY! low in calories and fat. (doesn't taste like it though and 3/4 serving is plenty)0

ALL-BRAN!!! When it goes on sale (which is rare, like 2x yr) I go nuts and buy 20 boxes. I like original best but flakes are good especially for snacking in the afternoon. I’ve tried Fibre One Original, it’s more of a corn-bran taste that is a nice variety but it expands in milk rather than turning mushy – I like mushy!
If I ate any other cereal I would binge. This keeps me full and happy and well over my daily fibre recommended intake.0 -

I love all the different flavors of special k...they have something for everyone. I also love shredded mini wheats (fiber one, kellogs, or post...all are good)! I eat oatmeal usually during the winter, but all year long oatmeal squares are yummy!0

I am a big fan of Multi grain cheerios but I need a change. What is your favorite?
I love Fruit 'n' Fibre, but I find it doesn't fill me up enough, I have eggs - either scrambled or an omelette - for breakfast and that gets me through four to five hours to lunch.0
