For those of you who knows what this is, how do you calculate your activity calculations?

Do you have a heart rate monitor? I use that to calculate activity for any kind of workout. I figure it's the best measurement of my personal effort level.0

I am never sure how to calculate the workout. I have used calithestics to calculate portions of it. I haven't found a good way to account for that activity. the same thing with weights.0

You can log it under cardio as circuit training (but in my experience, that usually over-estimates the calorie burn).0
