While in the USMC I had gotten down to my lowest weight ever, a lean 189lbs. After many years (about 8), I have gained a lot and have ballooned up to about 323lbs. It's time to fix it. Im here to gain support and hopefully join some groups that I can lose the weight with and hopefully motivate others in the process. Below are some basic stats.
**Please feel free to add me or suggest groups!
My current weight: 323lbs
My goal: 210lbs
Height: 6'2"
"Profile pic" is my weight at about 230lbs so definitely trying to get back.
