Did my 1st 90 day round last April...did two more rounds after that. Lost 30+ pounds, dropped 3 pants sizes, fell in love with myself all over again!
The workouts are a challenge, but are modifiable. I think the most challenging aspect of the program is the time commitment. It's 6 days/week, 60-90 minutes/day. If you want results, you workout and you clean up your nutrition.0 -
I am in week 5 of P90X and loving it! You will be very pleased with the dvd's and the nutrition plan. If you just keep pressing play and over coming the natural tendencies to bing eat, comfort eat, and simply give up... you will do amazing!!! www.beachbody.com will get you a lot of good info along the way.0

I looked in the Success Stories thread and there was a girl in there that did the P90X and looks amazing now. I ordered it as soon as I saw the pictures so I'll see how it turns out. Good luck!:flowerforyou:0

Did P90X Sept - Dec 2009 and finished with amazing results! Like the program and company so much that I signed on to be a coach for them. The workouts are hard, but like the glfprncs2 says they are modifiable. There is a fit test that is in the P90X fitness guide when you order that you should do, but I suggest googling "P90X Fit test", there is a PDF form that you can print prior to ordering it. If you have the willpower and the commitment to stick with it for 90 days, use the nutrition guide as a basis for your meal planning then you can do it. There is some strentgh training, some intense cardio and a 1.5 hr yogo routine that shouldn't be discounted!
There are other programs they offer like the RevAbs (another 90 day program) that is less intensive. This was my second program from Beachbody and it really help me tone my abs to the point that I was seeing muscles where I had never seen them before. This program also has strength training and cardio, but the emphasis is on the core.
If you are going to order any Beachbody program I highly suggest you find a coach, like me and order throught their website , this way you are "assigned" to that coach. Coaches are there for support and are there for you for information and help when you need it. You can read my whole story on my website!
These products really work, as long as you do your part.0
