Motivation when you least expect it :-)

I've had myself convinced I don't need to go out for a walk today, had all excuses lined up, et,... only my 1.5 year old kept bringing me his shoes and jacket, all morning long :-) He took no NO for an answer, there is no reasoning with a toddler!! So we had to wrap up, hop him in the buggy and go out.

Only started walking few weeks ago, first time 10 minutes nearly killed me, but have been working up the distance slowly day after day and we now do 3km in half an hour. I'm wrecked now but really proud of my little motivator, he is my new fitness buddy :-)

Thanks! It was funny, especially when the older two were telling me "Mammy, he wants to go for a walk, look mammy!" while I was playing stupid thinking it was freezing outside

That is a fantastic motivation! It will become routine for the both of you before you know it and then you'll be going further, faster!

You have a built-in gym eh? Walks to the playground and running around will burn those calories every time lol.
    That is awesome :)
