serious need of advice! should i see a doctor? help please!

I've been on this site long enough that I shouldn't need advice on this anymore, but I honestly can't figure out what to do.
I've tried everything. Lowering my calories, upping my calories, changing up my workouts. Nothing seems to work.
I haven't lost any weight in over four months, which wouldn't be bad if I was eating at maintenance, but i'm not.
I used to eat 1200 cals and working out religiously. Then the weight loss stalled. Then i took a couple of months off counting calories while still eating healthily and trying to be active.
Now I've been eating at TDEE-20% for two months. I work out at least 5 times a week. I walk A LOT, I pole dance and I switch up my work outs at the gym between strength training, treadmill and stationary bike and some intense cardio classes like Tae Bo.
Still, there hasn't been ANY change. No inches lost, no weight lost. I lost two pounds a few weeks ago because I had gastroenteritis, but gained them back this week. I only weigh myself every 10 days, so that water retention and fluctuation doesn't mess with my head, but I honestly don't know what to do anymore!
I know that everyone is always saying patience, patience, patience, but when you've been busting your *kitten* for months without seeing ANY improvement it gets kind of hard. All my other friends who were following the same diet plan as me but exercising A LOT LESS than me are already at their goal weight.
I'm aware that I don't have that much to lose anymore and that the last pounds come off slower, but seeing absolutely NO CHANGE in two months is so discouraging.
My diary is open, so you can take a look and tell me what I should change (there's a lot of fast food from the past weekend but that was a BIG exception, I don't normally eat that kind of stuff-- and even when I do i make it it fit my calories and try to make it fit my macros.
Should I see a doctor to see if I have some sort of medical condition that's keeping me from losing weight? I was told a few months back by some family friends that I should see an endocrinologist because I have a thick ring around my neck that they think could be attributed to hypothyroidism. Do you think this is a possibility, even though I lost the initial 30+ pounds with no problem?
Please help!!! Any advice is appreciated.

Do you mean 100 more calories a day or 100 more weekly? I normally switch it up and eat 1500 some days, 1300 others, 1700 the next, so I guess it wouldn't be too hard to increase by 100.0 -
Are you having any other symptoms for hypothyroidism? Such as constipation, heat and cold sensitivity, tired all the time, swollen fingers, feet, face, moody and so forth? If so go to the Dr and have them check out your thyroid.0

Yes you should see a doctor. It's really the only way to rule out health issues that might be causing you to stall. Four month's is a long time to not lose any weight if you have been completely diligent about logging and getting exercise. Plus there might be other issues you don't know about that are easily fixed that may not be directly related to losing weight, but will help you once they are fixed like low vitamin D. It's important to you immune function and might be tied to mood as well for example depressed people have low vitamin d and it's not known which way it works if low vitamin d contributes to that or if it is because depressed people blast through the vitamin d stores faster. In any case the more information you have the better.0

100 more weekly, and stop cycling.. eat all your calories and if no change, increase 100, if no change, increase.. til either the scale moves.. your probably underestimating your activity level. Working out 5 times a week+ and eating barely your BMR0 -

I'm not taking any supplements, should I? I mean, I drink protein shakes because I lead a mostly vegetarian life (meat is expensive and I can't afford it, and I don't like it much to begin with) and I find it really hard to meet my goals with just eggs and beans but I don't really focus on fat or carb intake? I try to keep it under what MFP sets for me but I don't really focus much on that. Should I up them, down them?0 -
How much do you weigh? Do you know your BF%? Your ticker shows you want to lose 17 lbs more, but are you sure you really need to lose that much? If you are down to vanity pounds, those can be pretty hard to get off.0

My weight varies from 135 to 139. my BF% IS 20.2 according to the military test from the site that's given in the IPOARM post but it seems kind of inaccurate in my opinion. I want to weight 121, but if I see that I'm skinny at 125 or 127 or whatever then I'm not going to go crazy obsessing over a number.
I just want to be skinny. I'm considered thin, or normal, by most people, but I still have meaty arms and thighs and a relatively big tummy. I want that extra fat gone.
I want to be a pole dancer and I want to feel comfortable dancing in small clothes or underwear, but right now I feel like I look okay with clothes but terrible naked.
I'm 5'5' so 121 is still within my healthy weight range, but I'm focusing mostly on the way I look in the mirror and how I look in clothes and out of them.0
