these are some tips that work for me:

    - Never let myself get too hungry. I eat regularly because I find if I go for a long time without anything I start to crave the bad stuff, and it gets too hard to resist. Whereas when I have a healthy level of fullness or hunger I find I can make better choices.

    - Drink lots of water. I aim for 14-16 cups a day. I find that helps emmensely with eliminating craving.

    - Plan my meals and snacks so I don't have to start figuring out something when I'm hungry.

    - Also when I do eat something because of a craving, I forgive myself and get right back on track. I never use it as an excuse to throw the whole day away. And if possible, I try to get in some extra exercise to counteract what I did.

I think it's better to eat what you're craving now then to deny yourself so long that you over eat later. If I am craving something I eat it. First I check out the calorie count though and measure out exactly how much I want to allow myself to eat. Then I eat it very slowly and savor every bite.

these are things i normally do
    1. think about whether this is something i NEED or just something i WANT
    2. go for something healthier, instead of chips i eat sugar snap peas, plenty of crunch
    3. brush my teeth.
    4. drink more water- plain or with a juice single(crystal light for example)
    5. if none of that works aim for half serving of the food you are craving. most times when i get to that point it's not even worth having if i can only have half.
    hope that helps
  • i just eat it and then i work out alot after
