Now that I have your attention, I need some dude friends on my list. If you don't mind gratuitous use of profanity on your status comments, Being called a gorgeous man and receiving virtual tittie twisters and cup checks, than kindly click "add friend" on my page. I don't whine or post any of my personal drama on here. Right now I lift heavy about 3 days a week and do some circuit type cardio on other days. I hike and bike. On weekends I'm up to no good and I mean NO GOOD. I have an instagram @markymarrkk where you could see how full of myself I am. If you're generally weekend warrior, not into broscience, eat clean and train like a filthy pig I would highly appreciate a FR.
