What muscle groups do you combine?

I typically combine my back with shoulders, chest with arms and have a day just for legs. I am just curious how everybody else does it and why?!

I combine my squats with front squats, my deadlifts with deficit deadlifts, my bench with floor presses, and my overhead press with split jerks.

chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders and traps, legs. The exercises for the first use the other muscle as a secondary, so you might as well train them both on the same session.

Usually Back/Chest, Bis/Tris, Shoulders/Core and Legs on their own.

I change it up some times - just finished an 8x8 program and have started doing drop sets. Right now legs every day, alternating front and back muscle groups. Upper body: back, chest/shoulders, bis/tris. Core work in between sets.
