What muscle groups do you combine?

I typically combine my back with shoulders, chest with arms and have a day just for legs. I am just curious how everybody else does it and why?!

I combine my squats with front squats, my deadlifts with deficit deadlifts, my bench with floor presses, and my overhead press with split jerks.0

Usually Back/Chest, Bis/Tris, Shoulders/Core and Legs on their own.
I change it up some times - just finished an 8x8 program and have started doing drop sets. Right now legs every day, alternating front and back muscle groups. Upper body: back, chest/shoulders, bis/tris. Core work in between sets.0 -
