So, I've been trying to figure out how to make a "cheesecake" type of dessert using ingredients that my husband will eat (he hates cool whip) and will not be too terribly high in calories.

This is what I came up with:

1 16 oz container of Oikos Nonfat Greek Vanilla yogurt
1 8 oz fat free cream cheese (softened)
5 packets of Sun Crystals sweetener.

Mix together and chill.
Should make 6 half-cup servings (if I did my math right!). :embarassed:

Each serving has~
Calories:102
Protein: 13
Fat: 0
Carbs: 11
Fiber: 0
Sodium:255

From there, I guess the possibilities are endless: I plan to crumble up a graham cracker into a small bowl, then put a serving on top and add with fresh strawberries. YUM!

It's in the fridge chilling right now.

Do the gram crackers on top they get soft when you put them at the bottom. I did it with pudding and they just taste old unless you like soft crackers.

Good idea about crumbling the graham cracker on top so it doesn't get soggy!
