I am not much of a "blogger" but here I go,

We are doing a biggest loser challenge at work, our weigh in day is today. I went into to today's weigh in positive that there would be a slight gain because i just started Insanity and with the increased workouts you just never know. Sure enough, i gained a pound, as i started to walk away feeling sorry for myself a fellow coworker said to me, you are really starting to melt away. I looked at her and said Why, Thank you I am trying really hard!!!

Just goes to show that sometimes the scale isn't always right, and for the first time in a long time i took the compliment without a sarcastic remark.

I call that a NSV!!! Now time for Pure Cardio!!!!:wink:
