Carbs

I am presently on a 1200 calories day with MFP. I am allowed 165 carbs per day on this. Looking for info on what percentage of 165 carbs should I allow for carbs like say, whole grain bread, brown rice, pasta and potatoes. I realize you can't have them all in one day but would really like to know what a good percentage of 165 carbs would be for the above foods and lose weight. I would really appreciate any input on this subject. Thanking you.

    My friend Rachel told me to aim for 30% = that is what I've been doing and it is working well. A good realistic goal.
