    I was about to give up.
    1 month in, working out a min of 4 times per week, harder than i ever had in me, and I lost no weight- 5 lbs off then back on.Today I was going to sign off and give up.
    Your pics are wonderful. I am so happy for you. You gave it at least a year.
    I'm going to give it at least a year.
