There is a Jillian Michael's link to a video for arms: http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/body-sculpting/armed-dangerous-9817
I've done it and need to be more dedicated to it. All you need are about 5 lb. dumbbells.0 -
Here is a post that Arielle did a few weeks back.

KETTLEBELLS!!!! I am a HUGE fan. Have not done them for very long (about a month), but I saw shoulder definition today for the first time in YEARS. I highly recommend you start with a 5lb. I started with a 10lb, hurt myself, and couldn't do anything for a week (sitting and standing was so painful). I have the 8lb and 10lb Danskin kettlebells which come with a DVD. It has a warm-up, 3 workouts, and a stretch/cool-down (each workout is about 10-15 minutes, total DVD time approx. 50 minutes).
It is a great workout and seriously tones those arms. Good luck!0 -
I'll have to check out the kettle bells.. Right now i have 3 lb weights that I use while I do my walking away the pounds videos, but I dont think thats enough.
Thanks for the previous link also! Im going to try that tonight0 -
you can try doing pushups on the floor, or with a chair, or against a wall, or on the frame of your bed! you can also do arm circles, where you stand or sit straight up, hold both arms out straight (so you make the top of a T) and then make slow circles with your arms while holding them straight. you can also go out and buy cheap arm dumbbells and use those. for your stomach, you can do situps and crunches. you can also do this one where you stand up straight with your legs about shoulder width apart, and you put your arms out in front of you with them bent at the shoulders (so your fists are kind of close together), and then you just turn your entire upper body to the left and right without moving your lower body. good luck!0

To get rid of the flabby arms, you need to work the biceps and the triceps. To do it properly, exercise them every 2 to 3 days

In addition to the other great suggestions I would try the wii active since you like to do wii workouts, it comes with a resistance band and it creates workouts for you or you can choose your own. I find it a very good workout!0

I'm now on my 5th month of Insanity! And from the first 4 months of it, I've only lost 2 inches off my arms and I still feel like my arms are also flabby. I'm taking my friend's advice by using 5lb weights ... I do them when i'm watching tv or watching my son play or, even, when im on the computer. I'm hoping it'll help me lose another 1.5 inch by the end of August. SO GOODLUCK TO BOTH OF US.0

I just recently saw the commercial for this on youtube. It is quite funny. I don't know if it works, but it sure does look funny. :laugh:0
