It's my birthday today.....

I weigh less on this birthday than I did for the previous TWELVE! How awesome is that?!?:happy: Granted I wasn't thin by any means back then either, I just wasn't quite this big.

I started out on this being healthy adventure weighing in at 238 and I woke up this morning in the 180's:bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Edited to add that I am not even considering being done yet...I want to lose another 50 at least!

    Happy Birthday! That really is the best present you can give yourself! I'm hoping to be in the 180s (170s would be even better) by my birthday (Oct. 3). I couldn't think of anything else that I could get to make myself happier.

    Congrats on how far you've come and good luck with the rest of it! Now enjoy your new slimmer self!!
