New girl trying to stay moving...

I am new to the website even though i have been using myfitnesspal on my ipad for a while... Looking for some motivation to stay on track to lose 13 more of my 25 lb. goal. I am diabetic.. so things need to change for me.. i work full time, have 3 kids, a self employed husband, and well you think that would be enough to keep me moving! LOL... but i get home, and am wiped out! No energy to hit the treadmill or lift...
