I have lost 60 lbs. since September through low-carb, zumba, high intensity cardio and adding weights in the last few months. I have at least 35 more to go, and there is not one punds that I have lost once. I lose one, gain 2, back and forth, back and forth. I have always been the motivator in my group of friends, but y'all I am just over the whole thing! I thought you were supposed to feel better when eating better and exercising. I am tired of being tired, some muscle always being sore and just being downright hungry. Someone please tell me to get over myself and quit whining. I have been fat all of my life and I can't expect to change 37 years worth of bad choices in less than a year. Ok that is all- thanks for reading.

Maybe you need to rethink how you are going about this. It sounds like you are trying to race to the finish...but there's no finish line. You have to do this permanently if you want the weight loss to stick. If you are hungry, change what you are eating until you aren't hungry anymore. If you eat two cups of carrots, you'll eat less than a hundred calories, and trust me, you'll be full.
If you hurt all the time, maybe you need to space out the exercise and do things to soothe and heal your muscles -- I like a nice hot Epsom salt bath and make sure I get plenty of protein to feed my body.

You said it, you can't expect to change 37 years in 1 year. You are doing the right thing. I'm right there with you though, after losing 55 and gaining some back, I'm at a plateau and have been for a year. Everyone keeps telling me to change my workout routine and I am. I've actually seen some results recently, but keep in mind, what you are doing is good for you, that's what really matters. You WILL do it! 55lbs lost is an enormous achievement! Way to go!!!!!!!0

Get over yourself and quit whining!!
We all have those days, but if you're really hungry and hurting more often than not maybe you need to dial it back a little. Your weight loss was very rapid - 10 pounds a month is really a lot. Maybe if you reconsider your macros and calorie goals and cut back to a one pound a week loss you'll feel better. It's also a lot closer to how you will eat at maintenance so it's a good transition.
Consider treating yourself to a massage. You'll feel great afterwards and you deserve it!0 -

Have you been taking a vitamin? I hear that sometimes when we restrict certain foods ou might end up a bit deficient! My vitamin D levels were low and it really made my muscle recovery slow and I was sluggish!0
