Boredom and eating

Wednesdays are the WORST day of the week for me. I don't work, and I have classes off. So what am I doing? Trolling MFP and making a trip to look in the fridge about every minute. Not like its changing, but I still go. I know I'm not hungry, but I sill do it. Ughh! Any helpful tips for controlling the boredom eating? Also, No I cannot go to the gym because I'm babysitting my sisters 3mo old. Thannkksss

    Watch a movie or invest in some veggies with greek yogurt dip and munch on that if you really need to.

    keep trolling MFP and chat with us.
    I'm at work and have a hard time not munching/grazing throughout my whole day. I need something to take my mind off it. :happy:

    I tend to eat when I'm bored, too. I've found a couple of things that help:
    1- Chew some gum. It's only a few calories and it keeps your mouth busy.
    2- Find a hobby that keeps your hands busy so you're not using them to put food in your mouth. I do cross-stitch. Knitting or drawing or writing stories might work, too.
