Hi all, I've been on MFP for over a year. I lost 19lb last year but gained most of it back!!!
I'm trying again and need some new buddys too keep me on track :0)

I'm 30, from Braintree Essex UK, I live with my long term partner Steve and 2 children.

At the moment I'm going for low impact exercise like walking and my exercise bike.
